What do we do
- We assist clients in buying rental properties in Milan, starting from the studio flat in a super-central location, to the entire building of flats, vacant or already rented out
- Scouting and consultancy on real estate deals:
- Splitting up larger residential properties in smaller ones enjoying a much higher market price per square meter, with the aim of either putting the created units out for rent or sale (often a mix between the two choices)
- Changing an office space into a residential unit, especially when the office space is located within a mixed used building where good tenants are not asking any more for office space to lease
- Sale of large real estate portoflios: since we founded the company we have helped many important families in getting rid of sub-optimal properties, channeling the resources coming in towards more attractive areas of the city center of property types (we advised clients to buy in the “Fondazione Prada” area when the prices were between 1500 and 2000 EUR per square meter)
- We look for potential buyers of entire buildings, typically abandoned office spaces that can be turned into hotel venues, looking in parallel for the hotel operator and the real estate investor acquiring the property where the business will be based
- For the limited partners of illiquid real estate funds, willing to get rid of their shares, we offer - thanks to our partnership with Swiss institutional investors having significant assets dedicated to this space - a firm bid assuring them the maximum discretion in the process
What we don't do
- We do not cover single residential units outside Milan
- We do not offer consultancy, or any other service, for judicial auctions regarding single residential units
