We have been active for more than 10 years in the real estate market of Milan. During this period we developed several brands dedicated, on one side to residential rental units, and on the other to commercial properties (especially independent office spaces and coworkings).
Our clients are typically Italian and foreign families having a significant real estate portfolio in the city center, usually represented by entire, mixed used, buildings.
What do we do
Our job is to provide our clients with continuous rental yields with the minimum risk associated, taking care of the repositioning of a property not when the current tenant leaves it but immediately when he communicates his notice period.
The attention, and investments we have always given to social networks have been a competitive factor of major importance in a field where the majority of real estate brokers are still relying on one or two real estate web portals to promote their listings.
What we don't do
- Retail: we do not assist in the rent or sale of shops and shopping malls
- Co-living: we do not manage single rooms in larger, shared, flats
- Short-term Rent: we do not manage short term rents, we know the business quite well to have reached the conclusion that it’s not worth the effort for the landlord to do it
